Is it normal for RDC to be laggy?

It's 1.5 second late everytime, I'm pretty sure it's not because of my computer because it's hella fast, and I tried using other pc for it but still same laggy, can it be affected when u choose a location in the VPS that's pretty far from your location?

Depends on your server, specs etc. What are the specs and location or the server? For obvious ping reasons.

Get yourself a server from hetzner or kimsufi and install windows yourself, much cheaper and incredibly reliable & speedy servers

the server i just had was based in the UK with great specs and was laggy for me due to my ping to the server.
ping is a factor, not just specs.

yes, but specs play a big part to it aswell
