Instagram Stories Views/IG Algorithm

What does the order of who views your story on Instagram mean? Why is one person always on top no matter when they view it?
How do you think this works?Based on interaction?

I never bother with Storys on Instagram, the algorithm of theirs that pisses me off most is displaying posts on my timeline in the order that they think I'd like to see them. No. Fuck off and show them in chronological order. I always miss so much stuff on Instagram all because they're not showing in chronological order.

I wouldn't mind as much but there's not even a filter where you can show the newest post first, like Facebook has. They're now the same company as well, they should have introduced that well by now... or perhaps just not have fucking changed it.
