iFrame Auto Height

[Logic]

I've been looking around and nothing seems to work. I've tried quite a bit actually like height: 100%; etc and still nothing has changed. I am wanting something I am trying to iFrame to auto expand. In other words, the height be auto so it expands to whatever it needs to be.

Is there any alternatives for this besides iFrame? I tried the object tag, and still nothing.
