I nee help with google chrome fullscreen youtube glitch on OS X Yosemite

When i go fullscreen on youtube it leaves the top search bar and it is very annoying, i assume it would be a glitch and not a function seeing how it only does it some of the time. i made a video of what im talking about: /watch?v=SBGWZyL7qp0 (skip to 5 seconds) i have updated everything, chrome, flash ete.
please help, thank you

I am on OS X El Capitan - I suggest you upgrade too it, there is no issue for me.
If not, I suggest you use a different browser.

YouTube uses HTML5, by the way. Terrible solution - You could always delete YouTube's masthead every time you watch a video, here's my handy gif tutorial:

You could take the easy route and just use F11 when watching in fullscreen.

Does this for me too, no idea why. Only on Chrome though
