It doesnt seem like were getting votes, Before we were #50 and since then we have dropped to around #65, we have had lots of users online, but it doesnt seem like were getting votes because were dropping.

Is our IP blocked?

That will not really help you to gain up votes.

Just saying, there are other retros in the retro community. They could have obviously gotten more votes than you. Also there could be a chance that your users bypass the api.
