I am thinking about moving to the UK in a few years what is the process required to get citizenship ?

You'll need to have lived in the UK already before you can apply for citizenship, so first you'll need to get a visa. The easiest visa to get is the one where to just transfer within the company abroad (they require you to have already worked for the company for one year). (
