Well I Need Help with Design in general because its my worse subject​

Does Anyone know any tutorials for Web-Design?​

Not HTML or CSS tutorials because i know this stuff.​

Well yes.. and no X-D
I know the reference but i am not creative :/
my designs are plain and boring i am not good with colors or designs

Sometimes it's best to draw it out before you do it by code.
It's hard to see what you're going to design without having it in front of you ready to create.
Draw out the basic elements of your page, whether it be by hand or computerized.
Take a look at this.
