How To Run EMU Without VPS

Hey Devbest,I was wondering if there was a way to run my phoenix emu, without it being on a vps.Because,I have a vps server, but Otaku-Hosting servers are down.So I wanted to try to run my emu from my desktop to my website.Can I do this?

Um. I doubt it. I am pretty sure you need to be able to link straight to the server's MySQL, otherwise the tables and db won't load.
