How to open .cct files? I'm make v26 retro customs... My windows: 7

Why do you need to open them? Rename them to .txt files then edit it then save as .cct

It works, you just haven't found the correct version yet. I have the correct version, and it works perfectly for me.

your a noob. MX director 2004 is what you need along with un-cct or w/e its called.
Run it as Windows XP service pack if its failing for you on Win7

Right click on the MX director application -> properties -> compatibiltiy -> tick the box next to 'run this program in compatibility mode -> select windows XP -> apply -> OK
Run the application as you normally would
