Yes but if they only hide their IP from the source, they can still ping their domain. So both are needed.

Use Cloudflare to cover up your site, and then purchase a DDoS proxy to cover up your emulator. They're fairly cheap and would decrease the risk of being attacked so easily.
The tutorial mentioned earlier would help too.

You pretty much want to avoid free domains and what not related to that it is not so nice to have sub domains etc. If you already have a bit of money then i might be able to send you a good amount to get yourself a normal domain.
Also be sure to use DDOS proxy and or cloudflare. Or just IIS. You want to avoid xampp unless you know how to pick it and secure it.

and i already have proper domain he was saying about no-ip and i was saying do i have to have a domain from them becuase i dont have a domain from no-ip i have a domain from a company .co.uk
Yes i do also use IIS but i have tryed to setup cloudflare but not sure how as i got to the end now it says somet like waiting 24 hours for your domain names to change something like that and its been more then 24 hours and not sure how to get a ddos proxy

This is not what I'm asking at all and yet you leave me confused.
I'm asking you, how many money do you need to get a good decent domain (No IP-Org and that non-sense) And some other things that you might need, I'm able to send it over if you just tell me the amount of money that you're currently needing. You are also confusing me very much around here.

I'm completely mind fucked in this period. Can you give me an amount, as I'm not going to make any amount up myself, thus that either you give a right amount or i just won't send.
