How to connect xampp and navicat

How do i connect them for the url to work?

Go to xampp installed area, and find PhpMyAdmin and delete it. Download navicat and place it in xampp folder and go to localhost/navicat or something like that. I am not very sure about this, but it *may* work. Good luck
