How to build a holo in 2021?

I am interested in setting up a holo 2021, the best server and the best CMS to date that are open source and thus be able to improve what there is.

What dou you recommend?

Emulator: Arcturus Latest.
CMS: Cosmic or BrainCMS.

Are you referring to Holograph Emulator / HoloCMS? Plenty of resources around, check out @Quackster archive.
