How to add rare values page editor on Atom Housekeeping?

I've edited the controller, request, model, web route, and rcon service.
Yet, when I log onto HK, I don't see "Rare Values" on the dashboard tab.
Am I missing something?

Oh! Found the "views" folder. Thank you! Hopefully, it all goes well. I have no experience with programming. I'm literally just copy and pasting the wordfilter files and modifying them.

I'm getting 403 error when I manually go into the link. It says I am unauthorized, but I gave my rank the permission I've set in navigation.

It's like I don't have permission and so it doesn't show in navigation.

Nevermind. I fixed navigation issue. Still getting 403 error though when I go to it.
