How to add commands ...?

I'm bored so I just decided to try and add some commands/things to a hotel on localhost. Could anyone give me a general breakdown of how to get there?

Download visual studio, and upload your emulator file to it. From there, head on over to the "Phoenix" folder , HabboHotel , Misc , ChatCommandHandler.cs, and go from there. when you're done, just save/debug it, and you should be good.

You have to open the solution file in Visual Studio.
Click on the .suo file in the Phoenix directory.
