In my view, mental health is just as important as physical health, as it directly impacts our overall well-being and quality of life. Mental health encompasses a wide range of factors, including our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, and it plays a crucial role in determining our ability to cope with stress, build relationships, and achieve our goals in life.


It should be taken more seriously, but it isn't.
