How do i Install adobe flash player on Ubuntu/Linux

Hello i whas wondering how i could set up Adobe flash on Ubuntu because i really want to play Things but i cant without the adobe flash player because almost everything that im playing requires flash

You'd have to go to Adobe, go to flash, and then find Flash for Linux

I did but it goes to a file with a notepad and a bin and that sorts of files
