Housekeeping question

Just curious, is it possible to make it so only certain staff can access housekeeping, by this I mean say if you've 2 moderators, 'x' and 'y', is it possible to make it so only 'x' can access housekeeping, where as, 'y' cannot access it. If so, how?..

Of course you can. If you make your own backend (housekeeping) read about permission systems with MySQL (if you're using that).

I believe no one will give you a direct answer, as it is quite easy to find on the internet.
