Hotel bugs.

Hello Dev.
I have some hotel bugs, now.
After installing IIS on my VPS, I don't get UberCMS to work.
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

I don't know what to do with this.

Aslo have MYSQL bugs after removing XAMMP, The MYSQL wont work. Installed MYSQL but it wont work on my emulator.

If any want to help on the forum/ TV is have been nice!
I want to have the hotel online agian
