I downloaded holoemu because i am making a v26 for myself to mess about on as i don't have any money to buy VPs and phoenix emu for an r63 public.
When i downloaded it seached through EVERY file and non of them said application? So does HoloEMU not use an app location to start it up on? If not which file do i open?
EDIT: Does anyone have a working holoEMU for PHPretro
