[Hiring] Who Can Design and Code customs?

I am not good at designing customs, and I haven't been playing retros in awhile, so I've totally lost my train of thought when it comes to customs coding.

I need someone to design and code me a few T's maybe some more, will hire them on my hotel if thats what they would like,

So i could make you a custom layout but do you have any design ideas? for me to make? since I'm not the best at thinking haha! but i could make a template them tweak it to your liking.
Also what would the CMS be? RevCMS is easiest but i can do them all UberCMS, SudCMS, LightCMS etc.
