can anyone tell me why my ranking wont work on my hotel? i have now reopened a new one , i reranked myself as 9 but nothing has happened on the hotel , please can someone help me with this

Hi there, it sounds like that rank may not have any permissions configured yet. Could you let us know which emulator you're using? That way, we can direct you to where the permission settings are located.
