ok im practicaly done on ma retro but when i go to local host this shows up insted of ma retro

Depends Which CMS your using

If you're using PhoenixCMS go to your htdocs, then find "config.php"
If UberCMS go to htdocs, INC folder, then "inc.config.php"

but config.php is a PHP folder do i still open it with notepad???

or there is ''config'' but its by its self

First off, Did you setup a XAMPP Password? if not go to

security/xamppsecurity.php And make it.
Then in config, if your default language is English change "dk" to "En"
No, you don't need twitter

You need to edit the $password variable to your MySQL password.
