how can i personalize and change texts and images as logo and background on the webpage, thanks.

What CMS are you using for a start? The images can usually be found in an images folder, for example in RevCMS the background is bg.png in app/tpl/skins/{skin}/images/bg.png. You can also find images directorys by right clicking them and clicking 'Inspect' or 'Open image in new tab'

Without specific information I'm not sure what you're trying to edit.

Flash is being disabled in most modern browsers after 2020, they’ll still be browsers that offer Flash though.
