Help With Php Retro

Well I have everything phpretro 4.0.10 stable im stuck on the Holograph emulator and with the Visual C 2010 thing how do i do it? cause im not sure im a noob on this. also if you can, could anyone help me with this on teamveiwer???

Go to whatever your problem is
On your keyboard hold ALT and click Print Scrn
Next Hold Ctrl and click v
Then go to paint click paste...
Save it
Then go to imageshack.us and upload it..

You don't need a screen shot, Jacks just a nub, @Jack, if you can not help him by he's information you have given him then wow.

Download the emulator and then open it with visual c#.

I think he was telling him how to take a screen shot, not something with the Emu.
