help with habbo retros

Hello all,
i need some help, for a few days i have been working on making a r63b hotel
im unable to do this, i have followed a few tuts but most are now old, i found one in 2020 and this seams to not work,
and the client will not load it goes to a fail page.
i managed to get the client to load up to around 70ish percent, but then brakes,
i checked dcrs, i checked links, maybe this is the wrong revision as i followed this post

i also tried other posts, that use xampp also.
does anyone have working files for r63b they wouldn't mind sending me that would be amazing or even a working link
if this is the wrong please, please could you kindly move it for me.

this worked, and i was able to get a working client, thanks so much, ill test the rest tomorrow, thanks for responding
