Help with catalog

currently using an r63b catalog, I've updated items_base, catalog_items_copy and catalog_pages as someone told me all the items were in catalog_items_copy but id say 20-30% of the items in the catalog arent in the catalog_items_copy table...

Does anyone have any tables that are 100%? or no how I can fix my current tables. thanks
