Hello Title says it all, heres the screen shots , I tried all of the codes for tiny pic.
And i tried hosting it my self, here are the screen shots thanks.

Your banner is 511x101 when the size allowed is 510x100 also its always a good idea to host your banner on a site like imgur not your hotels domain

As they have stated above, it's 1 pixel too big I would suggest cropping it unless you have the sources of it, example a photoshop PSD where you would be able to fix it.
