Can I just give you a copy of my config, so if there is an error you could fix it?

The location of the SWF's has little to nothing to do with the configuration document. On installation if you correctly inputted the paths to the external vars, product data etc, there should be no problem there. If you are getting a white background it usually means you need to update your web build but im not too sure how to with Rev 3.0.

If it turns out not to be the web build, try new SWF's
