People should be able to visit your hotel using your IP (e.g. <a href="http://127.0.0.1/" target="_blank">http://127.0.0.1/</a> for you, and for them it's your IP). You, then, will need to sort of link up the domain to your IP in order to get the domain working. But I don't recommend you portforwarding, not unless the hotel is for testing purposes only. Since your computer will be vulnerable to attacks sooner than you think, unlike when you set up a hotel on a VPS.
