Help me out, How do i fix this problem?

I've never encountered this problem before but I am going to take a wild guess and say that the sql you're using is probably the wrong one.
Make sure you find the right sql file that fits the emulator. Not really sure but it's worth a try.

I am currently using Phoenix 3.8.1 for my hotel.

Download the Phoenix 3.8.1(original)
In there you will find the sql, use that for the emu.

It Happend after i was Putting Customs in it was working fine then i put customs in and it fucked up ?

Since you said it was working before adding customs then I assume you have fucked up one of these tables (furnitures, catalogue_pages, catalogue_items).

Try exporting those table then drop them and try importing the original Phoenix tables instead, if it works after doing that then the problem is originating from something you added.

Yes if i drop the database it works fine but Its annoying because i want to put customs but it Keeps doing that im trying to find a Catalog i can put into my retro that has customs already added.

Dropping the entire database? Lol why? Just drop those three tables and replace them by the original Phoenix ones! Then find where the problem is coming from on the SQL you executed at first...
