[HELP] PHPhotel!! [HELP]

Okay so I've followed tutorials and I have set up my PHP hotel. But EVERY tutorial I've read has stopped at where you just follow the directions and install. I have found no clear directions on what to do after and it's confusing. First things, I already know how to port forward, but it's sort of confusing for me because now I'm not sure which ports I'm supposed to forward? Secondly DCR's...Where can I find working DCR's? Please don't tell me to search because I've searched for hours and Yes, I have found some that say they work but they just aren't working for me..And lastly, I can go to my site sign in...etc But how do I make it available for other people? Along with the client? If somone could PLEASE help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Thank you for your help, I think it's working now. It says I have the wrong version of Shockwave so I'm gonna find a newer version. Also Do you know how I can make the client accessible to other people?
