[Help] Phoenix 3.11.1

Hello there! i am writing today because i am having an error in my pheonix 3.11.1 when i tried to replace my catalogue with Jess's Catalogue. I am not sure what causes and hoping to find and answer. Thanks.

Wierd did you config correctly

See if catalog_items isn't missing any table's. Or try to use an fresh database of the exact same version of you're emulator, and just import your users/rooms etc etc.
