Help OS Fuckup! Urgent.

Hey,

I fucked up bad, I was trying to use Ubuntu on a virtual machine and it installed on my PC.
I don't know how to get back on to my Windows 7 and back to all my programs and files
Please help this is very urgent!

When u start it up press F8 I think.... or the printer icon or something, most comps give an option to what os you want to use.

You nearly got it, as the computer is starting continuously press F11 every 2 seconds, then a menu comes up where you can choose your OS.
But thanks alot, you reminded me that I can do that

I actually like it now, I can run on Windows 7 or Ubuntu, depending on what I feel like at the time
