[Help Needed] R63 Habbo Avatar Wont Load?[Help Needed]

Hi there,

It has been quite a while since I have made a retro. Everything works perfectly, except that my avatar does not load while in the hotel? Is there a specific way to fix this? I have been searching for hours. I am running R63 and RevCMS as well as Phoenix Emulator (3.11). I am unsure what to do? I really do not want to mess up my hotel, as I worked for quite a while on it, I was basically pulling my hair out, lol. I also use IIS7, and not apache.

What should I do?

Also when i press change looks, the window pops up, but theres nothing inside the boxes. I have attached a screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like your swfs aren't linked correctly.

Search for another SWF package.

Check in the external_variables that all the urls are correct.
Might be that figuredata isn't linked correctly.
