[HELP] My r51 page layout...? [HELP]

My retro ; Right, basically an r51 retro, I can access the site but the picture on the pages are not as they should be..
The site is up etc, you can see a tiny bit of picture but the rest of it isn't set out correctly..

The words load as you can see, but the view behind my character is a bit all over the place.
The blue boxes do not appear around The 'Me' Icon, not even the other ones..
I would appreciate your help..
The photos in the image folder are all fine, they loaded successfully , I'm just confused at why it's doing this..

Have you tried to update the web_build in inc/class.tpl.php?

Try rCMS, Since this uberCMS Looks pretty Bad.

UberCMS is pretty neat and simple to edit, i used the automatic webbuild updater for UberCMS, google it and install it as the creator said in the thread. Then you wouldn't have to worry about the layout going to hell again,

I tried looking at rCMS, it looks amazing so far, but I encountered a new problem..
