Then under the list thats not empty there is an option called "add new user-defined application" click that. Now you can make your port: Put the application name, then make protocal TCP, then type the same port number going from and to. and then add definition. now if you want to add more ports to that one application you made, just go back to the page with the 2 lists, and click on "edit user defined application" and add a new port to that application. keep doing that till you've added all of them.Then when your done go back to the page with the 2 lists, click and highlite your newly made application, and add it to your other list. and your done.
