[HELP] Help with IIS.

Hello guys, I know this is the wrong section (duh), and I didn't know where to put it, so I put it here.

The reason I am posting this, is because I need someone to help me set up IIS on my VPS.
I've never set it up before, and many tutorials I have looked at/read, are too confusing.

The person I am looking for, must be pretty trusted, and well known.
