[HELP!] Duplicate Friends Bug

Im using Comet Emulator and when you are friends with somebody he just disappears of the friendlist but in he's friendlist you just show up.
But you can send a friend request to him again and when the other guy accepts he will have you 2 times in hes friend list.

Please help i dont understand what the problem cause is to fix it

Show the query where it insert the friend request. Also show us your database table.

If you have any error logs, post it.
