[HELP] Deep water patch doesn't allow users to swim [Phoenix]

Hello, I use DeltaCMS and phoenix 3.11.0 binaries, and if someone goes on the Deep water patch, they stand instead of swimming. Here's a screenshot of the glitch:

those are fucked since 3.10 phoenix
a fix is released apparently in otaku but members section if you got a legit license search there.
