[HELP] Code for Clickable Image Link?

Hey,
I usually see banners or images in people's signatures that are clickable and take you to another link, like a retro banner (click the banner below to join some hotel).
Anyone know the code for that, tried to google it but it keeps jacking up. Any help ?
