[HELP] Can anyone help me get Cosmic CMS working? I'm getting an error when I go to the website...

Hi all,
I have followed the video tutorial for installing Cosmic CMS (twice) but the website will not load, I get these errors...

I'm hosting it from my PC using IIS but I am happy to go back to using XAMPP if that makes things easier? Idk.

Thanks for any help/advice/places to look for a solution!
