I'm new at Devbest. I dont have a specialty at HTML or something, i like to play a lot of games. I want to learn many more about HTML, PHP, Java too.
Someone recommend Devbest because people here help you out if you need something. That's type of forums I want.
I'm from Philippines, Shawy is my code name actually.
I play alot of League of Legends (LoL), Philippines Server, and many more! :3.

Well, what you've heard is partially true. If you want help, make sure you've already searched the forums so you don't ask a question that's already been answered, and try hard to refrain from "stupid" questions in the shoutbox.
There's also quite few mean cunts, horny bastards, and faggots around the forums. Beware of those.
Also, the forum is for developers and gamers, so you're just as welcome whether you code or not.
