[halps] File from a previous directory

I have no use for this knowledge I was just wondering how you would do it, here's the break down:
So, example.php is in /nutfuck/boobs/
Can you make it get a file from /nutfuck/ without having to include(); it on a file in /nutfuck/ ?


Is this even humanly possible?! WILL THE WORLD EVER KNOW?
