Yeah I know it's early but I nee ideas for GOOD or FUNNY or just plain amazing Halloween costumes as I'm going out in town for Halloween and it needs to be amazing!

How about get some really baggy typical-American clothing and put pillows or something underneath them, and ride on a cheap electric scooter? It could be kinda expensive, but I think it would be a good and original costume, especially if you don't live in the US.
