habboon plus emu error

hey guys 2 things

1. when connecting a proxy to this it only allows 2 people on at once is there a fix for this

2. half the commands dont seem to be working i am trying to do the update_catalog one and it doesnt work for any rank what has been done wrong?

2. Depends what permissions are set to.

1. Change max.con.per.ip in your emu config to 489498494

2. use :update catalogue, :update permissions etc
