This is was actually so awkward to read. Your approach to the topic is a bit full on and the colour of the writing is actually hurting my eyes. You've used this thread as a way to advertise your own retro, not to lend a hand. I personally wouldn't get someone to "help me" with a retro if they're already affiliated with another retro, dedication is the key, which is something you clearly need to brush up on.
