Restart your computer and then open it and it should work. You can switch your port from 30,000 to anything to want so do something like 8223 where its kinda random. If its only localhost, your port does not need to be open. Just because it is Xampp does not mean anything, you can't help cause you don't know what you're doing period and you just wanted to put your hotel on this thread, and your post should be deleted.</blockquote>
