whenever someone registeres on my retro it ses u cant register twice When theyve never registerted? ive tryed updateing my class.users but it still ses it

I do this and it works perfectly and works for other people aswell.

In class.users.php, line 104 this is found: if($engine->num_rows("SELECT * FROM users WHERE ip_reg = '" . $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] . "'") == 1) <-- Replace the 1 with the amount of users per IP you want.
