Habbo City CMS does not work

When I mount it and configure it on my VPS and load the index, it sends me to this:

I don't know what may be happening, please I hope you can help me because not being able to mount this CMS has already frustrated me a lot. This is the CMS download link:

Don't know the CMS. Can you enable debugging to see if you can get any error messages if possible?

I solved it by switching to HilloCMS

I think it is the php version but I don't know which one is needed for this either
