GTA V GTA V independence update help

Hello DevBest,
Ever since the "Independence Update" came out, I cannot play online, I didn't even get a chance to download it.. Everytime I try to go online, I get an error about "Files required to play GTA V Online"
Anyone know how to fix this for PS3?

You could try re-installing from scratch: just use the install disc that came with your GTA 5.

I didn't get an install disk, I have tried deleting the patch and reinstalling, no luck.
